Booking conditions

Arcadia Lodge is not suitable for children under 15.
Two night minimum stay from 1st December to 31st March and at Labour Weekends and Easter holidays.
Check-in is from 2.30 pm, check-out by 11.00 am.
The Lodge is a smoke free environment
To confirm a reservation we ask for your Visa, MasterCard or Amex card number. A deposit is not normally required, we'll settle your bill when you checkout. Payment at checkout can also be made by cash or Eftpos. For payments by Amex a 1.5% surcharge applies.

Cancellations and no-shows

From 1st December to 31st March cancellations less than 14 days in advance incur a charge of 50% of the total booking; less than 7 days 100% fee. At other times, cancellations within 2 days may incur incur a 100% charge.

Internet access - new Copyright Law

It is now illegal in NZ to download or upload any copyrighted material. (Copyright (Infringing File Sharing) Amendment Act 2011). We accept no liability for any infringement of this law by guests while at Arcadia Lodge and reserve the right to recoup from the offending party the costs of any fines.
