Booking conditions

Check-in is from 2.30 pm, check-out by 11.00 am

Prices are in NZ$. Please ask if you require single occupancy rates.

To confirm a reservation we ask for your credit card number. A deposit is not normally required. We accept VISA and MasterCard and will not charge anything to your card until you checkout. Payment at checkout can also be made by Eftpos.

We accept a minimum of two nights stay from December through March and at Labour Weekend and Easter.

Arcadia Lodge is a smoke-free environment and not suitable for children under the age of 15 years.

Cancellations and no-shows

In the peak season December to March incl, cancellations made less than 14 days in advance incur a charge of 50% of the total booking, those less than 7 days in advance attract a 100% fee. At other times, cancellations within 2 days may incur incur a 100% charge.
